Too bad your using the 34 engine, the 38/38 would have been a better choice, The fuel pumpn geniatir, and starter will be hard to replace on the road. good luck

I don't see the problem converting an old Ford to 12v, just change the bulbs and install a resister for the gauges and a 12v sel for the starter. If you can't do this, get another hobby.

I've always used an electric fan. that way I can use one belt, The Auto indystry hasn't used an engine fan for over 20 years. many reasons, I like the one where it cold the eng when it not running....

I think I use a 7/16 fine thread set screw to lock the flow to the block. The 7/16 screw is alittle small for the factory hole but ot plocks the flow quite well

first find a Merc or truck bellhousing that bolts to the 34 trams mission, A good move would be to use a 37 or later trans, Use a set of 8RT water pmps and make your own front mounts to the frame....

The only thing that makes horse power in any engine is air, it lets the fuel burn to make the power. getting air into a flathead is why it's hard to make HP. Ask the other Ron he makes alot of HP and...

I don't think a stroker kit is a practical move for a street engine. The cost is not justiable, considering the application. also most stroker kits have the wrong pistons. Just get another 4" crank...

It's something every flathead owner should Know, ALL 8ba abd 59 a parts are interchangeable. This means all parts. Unfortunatly the Bell housing isn't one of them.
