Use the 41-48 one. 37-40 is a different frame.

Do some research on the mustang ll conversion first. I have no experience with it, but have read that it is no longer in favor.

If you are going MII (I discourage it), be careful which forums you frequent.

The 41 -48 cars were a good riding car due to the longer springs. If it was me I would put in a dropped axle, a Posie front spring, and disc brakes on the stock spindles. The problem with the Mustang II it will cover up the frame ID#. If you got stopped by law enforcement and they wanted to check the ID# you could have a real problem. Keep it simple.
