Init1 Senior Member Join Date: May 2010 Location: Oregon City, Oregon Posts: 208	Banjo rear end excessive axle play. I have a 40 Ford banjo rear end with excessive in and out axle play on the passenger side. The axle moves about 1/8 of an inch and makes a thunk when going around a corner. The other side is tight. The axle nut is torqued to factory spec. Any ideas what might be causing this ?
