Thumbs up 1940 Ford Coupe wheels and rims

Hi, im currently building a 1940 Ford Coupe street rod. Due to Regulation here i Norway it almost impossible to make mods to the frame to be able to fit wider tyres at the rear. So before i make a mistake and order some rims that are either to small or big im wondering if anybody has experience with what i can put on that looks cool, and also is drivable?
If you have pictures that will be appreciated.
Im using a mustag 2 front end 57 inch wide and also a 9 inch rear end 57 inch wide Wheel to wheel.
