Default Fitting 37 Two-Piece Wide Five Hub to 28/29 Rear Axle

I plan on fitting some 1937 Ford wide-five hubs to my 1928/29 Ford banjo rear axle. I already have the hubs (two-piece design) and wheels. I’ve done some research and understand that Ford made a switch to a different rear bearing in 36/37 (P/N 68-1225) which had a smaller diameter (O.D.) of 2.84” than those used from 1928 - 1936. I can’t really find any info on the rear bearing used from 1928 - 1936 other than an eBay ad listing a P/N B-1225-A with an O.D. of 3 3/16”. I’m trying to figure out what bearing I would require.
I have measured about 2.064” O.D. on my rear axle where I assume the bearing would sit. I measured the I.D. of the 37 two-piece hub where the bearing would sit at 2.807”. These measurements are not likely not 100% accurate, but should be close enough to the actual measurements. To complicate things perhaps a bit more, I found this old post mentioning a difference in the bearings used between the one and two-piece hubs.
So, the question is - is there a bearing that will work with a 28/29 axle and a 37 two-piece wide five hub?

Link to the thread/post on the HAMB talking about the bearing differences between the one and two-piece hubs. Post is by Gregger Rod & Custom

Your hubs measure up to use the later bearing. Get ya some.

Be aware that some guys need to relieve the edge of the backing plate a bit when fitting juice brakes to A rearends.

Thanks Alchemy. I’ll order them today. Speaking of backing plates, I got both the front and rear pairs from Speedway. Got their 1937 - 1948 Fotd style self-energizing ones. In the process now of perhaps returning them for a couple of reasons:
1. Even though they advertise 1937, my 37 drums require 1.75” wide shoes, and the backing plates came with 2” wide shoes.
2. Two of the backing plates that I started to use for mockup wouldn’t fit properly even with the shoes removed. After checking, I noticed that they were warped from likely when they welded on the block that the position mounts to. We’re talking about 2.5 mm of warpage from top to bottom

Another question, I found this pic showing the other parts. Will these work with my axle and drum?

I left a message with the Early Ford Store in California as they list a kit for the bearing 68-1225 which includes the snap ring, seal, and bearing (68-1225), but they do not show the part numbers of the snap ring and seal.

I would hope they sell the appropriate diameter seal and snap ring to match the bearing.

I would hope so. Lol! For a novice, it’s a bit frustrating to see all these parts as being advertised 28 - 48, but knowing there are differences. Still haven’t heard back from them.
