Difference between car and pickup crossmember?

FYI The reason I asked about the height of the crossmember was because I am hoping there is a way to raise the front end a few inches without putting a tube straight axle under it.


Don't get me wrong, I absolutely LOVE a vehicle with a straight axle, but I am trying to keep this project as reasonably priced as I can.


If money were no object I would love something like this.
