Do you have a gear on it now? If so, find how much the speedo is off before changing. More teeth makes the speedo go slower, less teeth speeds the speedo up. Otherwise, there is a procedure to find this out. Hopefully some one will have it as I do not.
In addition, what ever gear you get, make sure the orientation of the teeth are the same as yours. There are rwo different orientations. ebay is a good place to find driven gears. That is where I got mine.
