What model is my 30/31 frame?

Ford changed the placement of that bracket in 31. I’m not sure of month but someone here will likely get it to the month! It was to accommodate the slant body cars. Many non slants were placed on those frames and only one body bolt when thru the wooden block.
I’ve seen a few originals that way….but not many
