Looks like a '42 chassis based on the Panhard bar and the one body mount in the picture.

The chassis number matches '42 on Van Pelt's chart.

Can't help with any idea of the value of the 6 banger & trans; but I believe you would have a very limited market.

If the engine is free, get it running and put it on Market Place.
