If it's stock, it should be a Holley 94. Isn't the fun of the old car hobby about fixing it yourself? If the screw heads aren't buggered up, indicating many take aparts, it should be easy to rebuild. I did mine last June and it runs great. The tube going to the distributor is for the vacuum advance, careful not to strip the threads. The body is soft metal, so those threads can strip easily also. Edit: If you don't have one, you need the 49-51 shop manual, (green bible) available as a reprint.
