Leaf spring eye bolt '51 Merc

Thanks for the replies. I've got everything apart except this bolt. Not very crusty.
So the washer on the threaded end comes off and then drive the bolt out like kind of like a modern wheel lug stud?

Believe the washer stays in place.
Protect the threaded end and drive/press it out.
