????? I'm in ca, and I've never heard of that one. Stay at home??? 'Course, I don't have a TV, and I don't get any regular news. So, I'm never troubled by what comes out of Sac. If that's the rule, I've been breaking it. I'll have to ask my chp friends about this.
(And, BTW, I have made the socal to Sac run recently. And, didn't see any 'enforcement'.) (Was also out yesterday. It seemed that traffic was 'as usual', meaning heavy and bogged down in the usual places.)
The order is in place by the governor but I have no idea if its being enforced. Traffic on I5 is very light up and down the state.
