This is a 1941 film made in Britain as propaganda for the US market. Freeze at about 2.26" for a shot of a Model 62, Model 48 & Model 68 converted into ambulances, with a Chrysler? as well.

Type snipping tool in the search bar and you can screenshot any portion of what is displayed on your screen. My 8 year old computer here has one but I only learned about it last year. Stopping the video and framing what you're interested in is rather simple.
