Wartime movie with 3 V8 ambulances

This is a 1941 film made in Britain as propaganda for the US market. Freeze at about 2.26" for a shot of a Model 62, Model 48 & Model 68 converted into ambulances, with a Chrysler? as well.

I just watched a 1943 Mickey Rooney film “Girl Crazy”
1932 Phaeton in the movie. Sorry can’t post a pick.
