Remove the stand. Clean the bottom opening and clean the top of the thin tube. Put some locktite into the opening and press the two back together. After it sets you can reinstall the fuel pump stand.
The common thread was lost on this problem when the OP started this new thread asking the same question that he had asked in his other recent post. This was all covered in his previous post almost verbatim as noted in post #4 above on this thread......
