Wanted: 1927 Roadster Door post/parts and Quarter

I'm looking for the driver's side door post for a '27 roadster, mine has seen better days with twists splits and bends;

I need a left rear backing plate for a '46-'48, with the parking brake doo dads.

I have two right side backing plates, one missing some of the parking brake hardware. I need a left side backing...

The parts I ordered from Howell's showed up today. Still looking for the T pieces though.

S-401R on thier site is a rain gutter, not the T piece. I saw the same type of thing on another brand car...

Thanks, yeah I knew about Howells before I ordered and it seemed many of the complaints were how long things took. That's why I ordered stuff right away, if I have to wait I may as well start waiting...

I found a turtle deck to rebuild, and I'm not sure where to find some of the parts for it. For now I'm wondering what the "T" shaped piece is called that fits between the quarters and the horizontal...

Where did you get the info that max power occurs with timing at zero degrees advance? That's where it's easier to start the engine (especially if starting with a hand crank or kick start) but...

Jack, if I had seen your ad a month ago I would have been very interested. I picked up a Ducati in St. Catherines last spring... now I havn't got the money or the space for...

I have a 1927 roadster body in need of much TLC. Is there a restoration manual that covers the do's and don'ts of trying to rebuild one of these bodies? There is about 2" of the body wood left on it...

I've got a 1927 roadster body in need of a turtledeck. All conditions considered, I'd prefer something near SE Michigan but can't get picky...

No you don't. Your 2015 Jeep has a stainless muffler and should already have a drain hole or syphon tube if it needs one. (I used to design OEM mufflers, including Jeep stuff back in the late '90s)
