Where is the horn relay located on a 1966 Lincoln

Horns do not work, checked horns, will sound if 12 volt is connected. Removed the center cover of steering wheel, have continuity. Cannot find the horn relay, I have a service manual, but it does not...

Yes a 1936, he has gone to garage and looked at car. He has been building Fords since High School in late 50's till now. Thank everyone for info and reply's, stay safe, Bruce

What condition are your brakes! This is the most important, friend has an Mitchell overdrive and you are going to be going very fast, (don't try to fly faster than your angle can fly ) they are great...
