Ok, now I see. Clicking on the word "Regions" in that menu bar should bring you to the Regions page. Hovering over the word "Regions" displays that additional drop down menu.

I believe so. The digital version was available on Dec 1st and that usually coincides with the printing of the hard copy.

The number will dictate value. Sounds stupid but with a 4 digit it is what it is. Is the number 1990? Someone with a '90 Mustang might pay good money for it. Is it 1493? Probably not as desirable.
