Default Frank and Mike are at it again

Yep, they're showing a rerun Of Frank and Mike buying a yellow '31/'29 Model A and being told by their idiot expert that the thing wasn't worth the $5500.00 they pay for it. The "expert" apparently hasn't purchased too many complete model A's lately that have only been in mothballs for the last 20 years and only needs to be taken out and cleaned up to get it running. How did these two gullible clowns get their own show. And on top of it all their '31/'29 "roadster" is actually a coupe. I guess this is what you get when you watch "reality" TV. I think I'll see if Rich Wyatt's half naked daughter is on a different channel shooting her AR 15.

I think Frank got a decent price on the coupe, but some of the crap those two drag home isn't worth the price of the gas. If it weren't for the paycheck from the show, those two guys would still be in Iowa----------picking corn.

Running the coupe has a quite a bit more value than what one might think. But thats running. As it was sitting maybe $8500.00. But I think anyone familiar with these vehicle know it wouldn't take much to get it running. However, Frank is in the business to make money. And normally they want to pay about 50% of what they're going to sell it for. So If Danielle would fix the seat cover and Frank would put fresh gas and battery in the car they should still be able to sell it for around $10,000 to $12,000. So Frank put $7000.00 into buying the car and getting it home. I think he'd be stretching it to get $14000.00 but you never know. So I guess in some ways the expert was looking at it kind of the right way. But he still low-balled them on the value. Also the show made it look like Frank was buying it for himself and could hardly care about resale. So the BS goes on and Frank and Mike still come off as morons. And I think I'll get ahold of them and see if Frank will take just a small loss on his Model A and sell it to me for $6500.00. I'd pay it all day long for a car like that.

Whoa, what a coincidence! There on my TV dealing with the woman owner...as we speak!
History Channel...
The guy 'Frank' just bot '29 coupe..6K. Nice looking acquisition for that money!
Geeeze..that's the first/last time for watching this turkey jerky show!
Their 'buddy' DAVE...just told Frank that his coupe is only worth MAX 5K!
I'd buy a BUNCH of them in that shape at that price. And, did you notice that original QUAIL cap !!

American Guns on Discovery Channel. Tune in to see a gun shop operated by a family of cretins. Dad treats mom to a jewel encrusted pistol for an anniversary, daughter salivates when shooting, mom dresses like a "painted woman", as the son whines "How come Missy gets the big gun?", etc. Programming at it's best.

You would think they would pick up a Hemmings News or Model A News to see the going price!

Their suppose to be experts on everything, you would think they would know the
difference between a coupe and roadster. And he said he wanted that car for himself.

American pickers ans Storage wars. They both give a "projected" value of what they find. I'd like to see an accountant follow them around and report back. Remember there has to be a buyer for each seller. It's entertainment. Pawn stars: nobody ever pawns anything, he just buys and buys.

I think he thought it was a deluxe S/S model because of the 16" wheels on it ,... Although they do look good on an "A" model,
Ive got them on mine.
