Default Oil leak

My 33 pickup leaks oil from the rear of the engine. My guess is worn main bearings combined with the labyrinth seal is the culprit.
Any other reasons do you think?
Thx,
Max.

More likely the seal between the grooves in the rear main cap and pan. They sometimes get twisted, cracked, etc. When this happens you get a lot bigger leak than the customary leak of the labyrinth. I use a neoprene seal glued to the pan groove to lessen the possibility of it getting twisted during assembly.
