Default Rumble seat danger!

I mentioned this in Jeff's "my roadster recurrection post", but feel that it might be worthy of it's own post.

I remember talking to a Model A owner once who was driving with his kids in his coupe's rumble seat. He had to stop fast and the rumble seat lid came forward and his daughter ended up with a cracked tooth.

He built some kind of brace that he could install which kept the rumble seat lid from moving forward.

For you rumble seat owner, you might might want to consider doing the same.

Regards, Neil
