Default Posting Photos

I have a new Google Pixel Android Phone. I have some photos the I would like to post on Ford barn directly from the camera. How do I do this. I've looked for instructions but they are confusing. If I was still working I'd hand the phone to the IT guy and he would do it in a minute or so. HA

Thanks ML
