Default 1937 Ford kick panels

Does anyone have a pattern or the Ford drawings with measurements for the kick panels for a 1937 Ford. I would like to have new ones made.

Seth, I'm not sure if a '40 panel is close or not. I can send you a pattern for a '40 and you could add or subtract from that pattern to be more accurate. You can usually find some big cardboard at the back of furniture stores to make your patterns. Also did you check with Quiet Ride solutions if they might make them. They do the dash insulators and I think they make kick panels.

Not kick panels but I recently did side panels for the trunk of my ‘39 using CAD. That’s cardboard aided design. Starting out with a basic shape and size in my case I traced the curve of the body at the trunk opening and then trimmed it to fit inside. Then added pieces to the perimeter where needed to match the other shapes and taped them in place. There you have it, a template. I used 5mm plywood for the panels cut just a hair larger than the template and then fine tuned them with a bench mounted horizontal belt sander.
