I want the paint shop to get my roadster body and chassis painted , and back to me. I have been working on this project almost 20 years.

Got ya beat. Been working on my 56 over 40 years. There was 15 years in the middle where I did nothing to it. Hope to finish it before I croak. |

Yeah, I hear you on the 15 year break, I took a 10 year break myself. Seems like something else came up that was more important, now at 75, time is most important.

I'm hoping to get this lost Bird back from paint maybe for Christmas or New Year's.
Purchased as a barely driveable project in '19. The paint, engine and transmission all needed to be redone. It went to a paint shop in early '20 then Covid happened and it was worked on for a couple years as staffing allowed until that shop closed down. After a long break for cleaning leftover sand out of nooks & cranny's it's back with the same painter at another shop. https://www.fordbarn.com/forum/album.php?albumid=5111 . |

When I ask someone to help me hold something, or take a hood off/on it doesn't turn into a fuss.
