Is it a good fit to put a 62 Ranchero qtr panel on a 62 Falcon 2 door wagon? Or, does anyone know of a source

According to the factory parts manuals, they are different. The 2 door wagon ( 59) and the sedan delivery (78) share the same quarter panels, but the 2 ranchero (66) is different. Of course that is for the full replacement panel as manufactured by Ford. Whether you can "use" the part of the panel for your car depends on how much of the panel you need.

You might be able to use it but I'm sure the pinch weld makes the ranchero different.
