Default 59 A , dule carb manifold

question; is a 3/4 cam or other required when applying a dule carb. Manifold on a stock 59A engine.

In other words, can a dule carb manifold be installed on a stock 59A engine?

This sounds like a good question for the people over on the sister page: https://www.fordbarn.com/forum/forumdisplay.php?f=25
This page is not really for car questions, more for people needing help navigating the site.
