Default Reproduction popout ignition key

I have a reproduction popout ignition that works well. It was made in Spain, but I have only one key. I have been unable to get one made. Nobody seems to have a blank to make it from. Does anyone out there have info on where I might obtain a key?

I got my Model A at age 13 in 1969, it had the Spain key, three years later I had a part time job in a Target store making keys at a counter owned by Cole National in the store. I searched the blanks and made a key. I think I cut the shoulder back bit from standard?. The key blank is Taylor Lock Co 072 A. I think it is a motorcycle key blank. It probably can still be sourced. I still have the key but the ignition cable did fail. Good luck

I had a Model A that both the ignition and door keys did not have a readily available blank. None of the blanks sold by the vendors were correct. I took it to my friendly local locksmith who took this as a challenge. He found a couple of blanks that at least had the grooves properly cut, adjusted the shoulder and length to fit, then cut the pattern. Took him a bit but in the end we were both satisfied. Not your standard guy in the kiosk at the mall, this guy was a real old school pro.
