Can a model B 1932 starter be converted to a 1933/34 model b starter

Frank, the difference is the battery terminal copper stud where the B model is a flat contact and the 34 is a threaded terminal for the cable to go onto. To change to the later terminal the starter would need to be dismantled to solder the later terminal stud to the field coils. Maybe a good old auto electrician could do this job for you. You need to find a terminal stud as well. Regards, Kevin.

The change was made late in the '32 model year the late '32-'41 four-cylinder stater motors are not that scarce.
