Default 1935 Ford "expert" question

The 1935 Ford question of the day is........The instruction decal for the air breather. I have been really reading Francis & DeAngelis book the last few days and really studying pictures as well as details in print and I noticed the attached photo of a 1935 factory photo of a chassis and noticed the air breather maintainance decal facing the "Right" side of the car. ALL 35's I have seen and two photos I have a very high point restoration 35's all have the decal facing the left side of the motor.

Menutiae I know

IS it supposed to face to the right side of the motor? The left side of the motor?? OR Where there two, one each side???
