Re: BAT deal-tudor
Looks like a perfectly normal driver with a pretty standard repair punch list for the drivetrain and suspension. If I didn't have a project already I'd bid on it.

Re: BAT deal-tudor
Looks nice. I wish this was up last year when I was looking for a driver.
Wonder why he moved the battery to the firewall?

Re: BAT deal-tudor
Jay, I much prefer the firewall as I get older. Trying to lift a batt under the floor is a pia.
Alex, thx for putting that up. I am challenged.... |

Re: BAT deal-tudor
yes there is a fee Brent- but less then you'd expect.
a nice buy for the $. the fella paid over 12k a yr ago for it, who sold it. Tudors seem to be the hardest to sell, esp where I live. btw fee is 5% so under 600. |

My experience from sites such as this one is most Buyers are not making the purchase with the intent to 'flip-it' for a profit. The Seller likely bought it a year ago for the purpose as a 'temporary toy' ...and now it is time for it to find a new home so the Seller can find a new 'toy'. Hence the reason for sale at No-Reserve. I'm like Colin in guessing there is a nice list that the new Buyer will be making once that Buyer receives their new 'toy'. |

Re: BAT deal-tudor
agreed. he had his fun and time to move on........
you could swap out a car yrly and never get to all of the diff cars you might enjoy. There are a good 30-50 diff cars that Ild still like to own once, but prob never will. |

Re: BAT deal-tudor
I think it brought plenty for a car with a lot of problems. For a purist like me anyway.

Re: BAT deal-tudor
So he could jump it easier. Might have sold for more if you didn't see them pulling the jumpers off at the start of the video.
That's the pig in a poke problem with auctions. You generally don't have the ability to do a hands on inspection and for a 10-15 grand car it doesn't make a lot of sense to hire an "expert" to go look. |
