Default Rear Axle Parts

I have a 1963 Ford Galaxie and need rear end axle bearings and seals. Where do you folks order your parts from. I’m in Ontario Canada and cannot find anyone local. I don’t mind ordering from the U.S.
Thanks

Try Concours Auto Parts in Carson City, NV
I use them for parts for my '54 Ranch Wagon. Good people to deal with. They
have a catalogue for your year and it does list rear axle parts.

Concours is a good choice, as is C & G Ford Car Parts. I have had pleasurable dealings w/both. - F F

Try a NAPA store. My local store stocks the stuff, the bearing is: BRG RW207 CCRA and the seal is NOS 15142

If you can search/seek original A1 (leather) design/kind/type rear axle/hub/wheel oil seals,
As they DON'T&WON'T leak,
BUT you have to &must 1st soak them overnight in light engine oil.
The problem with modern neoprene rubber lipped seals is that when they get a slight " nick" in the lip they lose lubrication then get hard &can &do leave wear on the axle shaft negating use of a aluminium "speedie sleeve".In our expereince whenever a customer complains about a leak it's because the NON-original seals have gone hard&the owner/or mechanic hasn't been able to source original or aftermarket leather lipped oil seals. The part numbers you need, require want is:FORD B7A1177B/B7A1177B1/C7UW1177D, NATIONAL 6939

I put in my axle tube seals with a piece of leftover aluminum rod and buggered one. It leaked after about 2 years. I sprung for a Harbor Fright seal install kit, did it right.

My parts came from NAPA the 1st round. They soaked me for the bearing press charge, the new seals I got on eBay.
