Angry Cracked C59A block... any repair ideas?

Hi All.. I've found a small fine crack between the intake port and the bore on number 8 cylinder. Could I solder(very soft) or brass or tig with a high nickel rod? Would I have to fillet the crack? Could I apply some miracle epoxy compound?
She's at +80thou so would a sleeve and stitching across the deck be an option?

Just trying to save some mula here.
Regards Kevin
