I have a slightly warmed over four banger in a 31 Tudor that realiy could use a transmission transplant. Has anyone swaped in a T-5 unit? Any suggestions

Not a T5, but I use a 1984-87 F150 3 speed with overdrive and it is very good. I kept the closed drivetrain and used a Model A shift rod, most people have to look twice to realize the trans is not stock
I am very very happy with it. It shifts very quickly and downshifts to every gear at any speed |
