Default sound deadening

What,if anything, would you recommend to put in the ceiling of my coupe before I install my headliner? Thanks

My Model As are time machines. I want to feel and hear them as they were back when they were new.

I have been recomending a spray product called Lizzard Skin. It's simple to spray and clean-up is done with a warm wet cloth. It gives sound reduction and insulation. You still get the outdoors sounds just not as many squeky/rattle sounds. This will flow into the nooks and cranies where you cannot fit other applied products.

You can buy this at speed shops like Summit and some paint supliers also.
