I have a B engine with a Weiand High Compression head. I have not run it before, but when I got it it had an old set of Champion L87YC 14mm sparkplugs.
Is anybody else running one of these heads? If so what plugs are you using? Thanks, Will |

I have sold my Weiand Head. I am building engine up for my grandson and I am down sizing the engine. I have the carburetors setup with header for sale. Do you know of anyone who wants this setup? |

I am not familiar with the L87YC, but 14mm plugs come in a wide variety of thread lengths and heat ranges. Be sure the threads do not go into the combustion chamber, they will carbon-up and can destroy the threads upon removal. Many early aluminum heads used H series Champions, 5/8" reach.
