Default Motor mount help

hello all. I got a 56 mainline with a 351w and fmx trans swap. i ordered the hedman 88400 headers to put on it along with the motor mounts recommended (2725,2726 i believe) i am having trouble getting the mounts in the car. there is just isnt enough room by jacking up the motor. i was trying to avoid pulling the motor. anything else i can try? i have the motor up as far as i can get it before the driver side valve cover hits the firewall. any advise would be much appreciated

You can switch the mounts side to side one way gets you closer to the firewall the other way moves it forward, but that can give you limited radiator clearance which can be fixed by using the 1966-69 289 water pump and matching balancer and pulleys like in this picture.
