Is the top of the hood trim strip the same for 40-41 pickup and 40 standard car? Or are the lengths different?

The top hood strip on a '40 standard car is 37 1/2" long. The hood strip on the '41 pickup is 34 1/4' long. I suspect the '40 pickup also uses the shorter strip.
