Default 29 tudor drivers seat adjustment

Would anyone know off hand how many inches the drivers seat on a 29 tudor would have to be set back for a 6'3" tall driver? Know of several ways to do it but thought someone would know how much from experience. Thanks, Tom

That depends on your leg length, but I'd think moving it back about 4" would be quite comfortable.

That also depends on how far away from the wheel you like to be. I used to like to be way back. On my 2005 savannah, I added two more notches to be comfortable. I'm 6'. Now because of foot/ankle problems, I like to be closer. Try setting up a box or the seat, unattached, to figure out what works for you.

I am 6' 1"
Picture 1: This is how far further back I got my 29 tudor's driver's seat with the extended seat brackets sold by Snyder's
Picture 2-3: No matter how far back you move the seat, if you have long legs, you have to make sure there is clearance for your knee too get past the steering wheel when in first gear. If not you will have a horrible time when moving from the brake to gas when at a full stop. My gear shift lever was too close to the steering wheel to allow my knee to get by when in first gear. A little pursuation bend my shift lever slightly toward the passenger side and solved the problem!
