How do you get a picture to post on the left side of a posting by the member's name? Do you need to setup every time so the picture is posted?

I have been posting pictures as "thumbnail" attachments, so I think I have figured that out.

Click on User CP at the top of the page.There you can go to edit your profile.Click on the "Edit Avatar" to upload a photo for your avatar on the left side of your name.
