Top Gear can be dumb at times, but overall it is fun and seeing other countries
in there tours is great. I am amazed that companies give them those high-buck
cars to flog. Especially since they usually point out the flaws.

Really? That hard to love 72 Mustang sold for $51K? Wow. The interior was a mis-matched collection of materials, original paint, nothing special under the hood - and it's a '72! Can't fault the seller - not sure which planet the buyer normally inhabits.

South Beach Classics with the bald guy and with his plastic wife would make a used car salesmen from the 1950's blush. When you can see the orange peel on the car from a video, the paint isn't just bad, it's terrible. I appreciate the knowledge of Marc Wormer on Mopars with Graveyard Cars, but if he spent just ten percent of the time he spends bitching about his help that he hired on cars, I might watch the show for more than three minutes. The Car Prospector needs to goe back into a cave somewhere in the Rockies. I only watch these shows if the only other show on TV is World's Strongest Man competition.

I would rather watch Hillbilly Blood. They make more sense then the car shows. The Moonshine fellows are my kind of people. My wife likes I Love Lucy and I hate it. Most all the shows are put on, fake.

Wouldn't it be nice to have a kazillion dollars and just travel around the rest of your days looking for old cars in barns!......then have a TV deal offered that pays you to do what you do!

Wheeler Dealers from England is my favorite. Ed China seems to know what he is doing and actually shows some work. They do not pretend to bring the cars to show condition. We were talking about these one week wonder shows at our Wed. morning breakfast-all car guys. One of the big issues is the cars do not have enough time to "settle" with all the new parts. It takes time for a car to sort of settle and come together for the long haul.
