They're like fatal car accidents; I hate 'em, but I can't help taking a look.

The worst one is "Car Chasers"; that guy is in it for the money only. After seeing some of the stuff those guys do, I'll bet there are a lot of dissatisfied customers out there. Him and his old man are cut from the same cloth. I'm glad I already have my stuff and don't have to deal with people like that.

(BTW, I see they are in Lubbock, Texas. Many, many bad things car-wise have eminated from that town. The "Buddy Holly Impala" scam comes easily to mind.)

Chasing Classic Cars and Graveyard Carz were my favorites, but I ended up losing the velocity channel.

I usually catch GMG.

Rod N Wheels is the absolute worst show out there. Who the hell sends a car out to paint before fixing floors, getting it running, etc?

Most of these shows are crap, and just gives people the idea that their car is worth about 100% more than it actually is.

Chasing Classic Cars is my favorite of TV car shows, but I have enjoyed the new Corky Coker show I think he does a pretty good job. Back Roads Gold is the name of it but you can see they have tried to copy it from American Pickers, two guys looking for picks and a gal back at the shop (Corky's daughter) that they answer to. I have tried to get into the new Ray Evernham show and he is pretty good but Hendricks is very bad,not really in to the race cars he seeks out. The show last week was a real scam it was definitely just an infomercial for the new ugly Corvette and GM,guess Hendricks owes them or they back the show.

All Girls Garage.

Combines my most favorite two things. What more could you ask for?

All these TV shows are just a collection of hacks. I love it when they "complete" a car in 1 week. The best one was when they dragged a "super rare" golf cart with a chain across the yard. Painting the car before the rust repair as mentioned above is up there too. The way I look at it, the more cars they "Ruinstore" the more mine are worth.

The new one last night was Car Hoards? I think. It wasn't really that bad, not a lot of overplayed drama. No tight deadlines. Just some cool cars.

All Greek to me, I don't have television, haven't seen any shows. Spend my idle time in the garage.

GasMonkeys is very american. Entertaining, and with good variation in car types. For Europe its WheelerDealers. Just as british as it gets.

The Lords Of Car Hoards is a new one. I had the pleasure of spending a few hours with the main guy, Rick Dore, about 5 years ago at a car show. A real nice guy. Come to find out he lived in my home town in NY, when he was a teenager. It's a different type of show and not too bad.

I like Gas Monkey Garage myself. Seen Car Hordes, and it's ok. The network Im sure will insists on "drama" eventially. Only a matter of time when the network puts that in. Also like Counting Cars, and Graveyard. I tend to watch most of them, like said above. kinda like the need to look at a train wreck in most cases.

It's TV entertainment? taking it way too seriously it beats a lot of other crap that's on tv. Americarna great show, graveyard carz entertaining 4 sum in the end if that's truly the work they turn out it's fantastic, also they entertain the new equipment they purchase and use not cheapo stuff, also talks about the paints used pressures in which to spray, mixture ratio's there some good stuff there. Gas Monkey totally entertaining, probably without the show somewhat difficult to stay in business? just guessing. I like it all and take it all in, and discard what I don't need. It beats Matlock, Murder she wrote... Survivor, dancing with the stars... really give me a break consisting of acting that aren't picked for a job anymore and are no longer in the lime lite so lets do this? I think not for me. There's the negative side of live and the positive look at it differently and you'll have more fun. Mike51Merc, well said, I agree.....lol

I record them so I can fast fwd thru the drama. I just want to see them working on cars! It only takes (wastes?) about 10 minutes to go thru some of them that way.

My TV is very old and steam powered so I only get one channel with Yogi Bear on it.
He's a riot.
