common update even in the 50's , convert to juice brakes and go with 15" easier to get tires too as no one back then was repoping tires like today, so it was easier to get tires, and a bit safer to convert to juice brakes

right now, i'm just really happy to have it here. it drained the ol' hot rod fund pretty good though, but things will happen at their own pace.

I don't have any firewall sheet metal. I know were there is a '36 cowl sitting in the Nevada desert, that is if it's still there. I also have a friend in Idaho that might have a '36 cowl..

when I get into it a bit more, i'm going to see if I can "un-fold" the mess. he might not have got rid of any of the metal. I wonder why I don't get a notice anymore when there's a new post?
