There is a very real reason why this sign is posted along I-80 in WY!

The chain sometimes is close to 90 degrees as I have seen numerous times.

Some folks think it is a joke ... sometimes I wonder!


My friend from WY says there is one category missing ....




If the pole is bent at 90 degrees to the ground ... then the wind is just getting started!
