After what I thought was squeaking coming from my floorboards in my 1930 Town Sedan actually turns out to be originating from my dashboard or gas tank area. Does anyone have some suggestions to solve this bird chatter? Thanks in advance.

Make sure all your nuts and bolts and screws are tight...Put some small size rubber hose on the speedometer cable and the ignition cable for starters...There is suposed to be a grommet down under for acceptance of the speedometer cable to prevent a possible rattle.

My squeak that sounded from the tank area was actually coming from the hood at the side hinge where the hood panels meet. I had some clear waxy type lube I used.
