This only the second car show I have attended this year. It has been raining or too hot at every car show weekend. This morning was different; it was about 65 degrees and warmed up to the low 70's. The show was at Racine, Ohio and I would guess about a hundred cars showed up. It was about a 50 mile round trip. The `35 Cabriolet ran like a clock with the temp gauge running about half scale. We traveled on a little two lane highway along the Ohio River with very little traffic. The cockpit was comfortable and hearing the Smithy's singing their song made it even more enjoyable. I could have driven it all day!
One old-timer’s comment was "It's so good seeing an old car with its original engine." I had to agree...
