Depends... Some I've seen lately look as though they've been brought up from the Titanic - figure about 5 bucks for pencil-holder duty.
If they're complete and move freely, they should bring between 90 to 120 dollars.

Wait a minute! Isn't there more artifact value than $5 if it came from the Titanic?! I mean there would obviously have to be documentation and some explanation of how a '30's vintage carb was on a ship that sunk in in 1912. Maybe the carb was a prototype.
