I took my first drive in my 29 CCPU today. What a thrill!! Not completely done yet as you can see and I didn't get the pictures in order. That is the trailer full of stuff I purchased from Plucker to start with. Just a year and a half later and around the block twice. I even had tears in my eyes. Thanks to everyone that answered my questions during the build. Les Andrews books are the greatest.

Was it a cold drive? At least no bugs to get in your grin. Excellent work, it looks very sharp.

Very, very nice! You may have set a record for a restoration. I hope you bring it to Puyallup next summer for the National Meet.

I will be getting him back to the honey due list pretty soon now!! I got to ride on the second trip around the block, very comfy! It has been amazing to watch the transformation from boxes of stuff, to a gorgeous pickup! Good Job My Sweet!

Wonderful! A beautiful truck. A real resurrection. I think this is the kind of project that many of us dream of doing.

Very nice pickup!! I was born in Havre, MT and we still have a farm up on the Hi-line but I moved to Bozeman at the start of Junior High and went to school out in Churchill for a couple years and graduated from Bozeman High. My folks and my in-laws still live in Bozeman so I've spent a lot of time around Three Forks shooting gophers, fishing, and hitting golf balls in all the water hazards at the three forks golf course! I'd love to make it back to Montana sometime (permanently) but I hope to drive my 31 coupe out there if not this summer the next one. I do hope you bring it out to Puyallup in the summer for the national meet! I'll be helping out at that event as my club is hosting. Again nice work!!
