Default Wanted- 31 SW Passenger Roof section

City: Arthurdale
State: WV

In need of roof section above passenger side front door for 1931 Slant Windshield 4 door sedan. Need it to fix my late Grandfather's car. The car was 90% restored and the garage roof collapsed and fell on it. Bent/rolled the roof section over top of the front passenger door down over the door. Would like section from middle of rear door to windshield header panel if possible.

Thanks - Matthew Weaver

I have a complete s/w body that was taken apart due to the the floor being completly gone.both roof sections are the best part of the body with the drip edge on them but i am in Woburn,Mass.01801 Greyhound Bus is out because the only area i can ship parts through them is in So.Boston.there is hardly any parking there and traffic is at standstill most of the time so contact me if you have an idea and maybe i can help you out.Larry.781-245-7131

Larry,

I'll call you this weekend. You're the only one I've been able to find with the pieces I need. We bought another car thinking we would use it, but when we got it back, it was way too nice to cut up. My Grandfather never really got to finish and enjoy his Model A. I can remember when he came home with it back in the early 80's. He had bought it and his nephew and brother both bought one also at an estate sale in Maryland. All 1931 SW 4 door sedans. I was maybe 10 or 11 at the time. I had a lot of time under and around that car sanding, scraping, and helping him get it ready for paint. I'm the only one besides him that has ever driven it and I'm turning 40 at the end of March. If I have to make a road trip to Mass. it would be worth it to get the parts. - Matt
