John, you might ask that question on the MTFCA forum. They probably have a little bit more of an international following.
I speak a limited amount of German, but some of those technical words are not in my vocabulary . I would spend most of my time on the computer using the translator.

Englisch mit Deutschem zu vergleichen ist eine Brise, nachdem alles es ein Handbuch des Modells T ist, nein?

Probably a lot of collector interest more than user interest, but pretty cool never the less. Is it an original or a reprint (even like 1950's)? Ive got my dads diesel engineering school books from the 30's. He became an engineer for EMD (Electro-Motive Division) during WWII. The books show lots of German equipment from dirigables to trains as they were more into diesel equipment than the west even then. Kinda strange that the pictures of all the tail fins on aircraft and even the train stuff all shows the "twisted cross" emblazoned. Theres several 5-10 volume sets that were all appraised as "worthless". To me they are priceless.
The T manual?? Id put it on the seat as part of a display; maybe even collect the other foreign books as a sidebar collection. I guess theres Russian and Japenese editions around. Neat stuff! ws
