Screw driver handle

I was just getting ready to post this pic of two screwdrivers I bought on Sunday at a local flea. They were in a can marked 3 for $1. ( I just bought the two). One is pretty nice, the other has a sliver out of the wooden handle. I never really followed tools before....are these Model A ? Don't mean to hijack the post, but it's too similar to start a new thread. Thanks
